The Holdings Process

Overview

Every summary follows the same archival discipline: you display, we observe, you correct, we bind and deliver. No remote access to wallets, no custody of assets, no market calls—only documented figures you confirm.

1. Intake. You submit the contact form with preferred package, approximate address count, and scheduling constraints. We respond within two business days with a written scope and fee estimate.
2. Preparation. You receive a checklist: charge devices, update your paper register, gather prior summaries if continuing client. Optional Microsoft Store reminder app stores session dates locally on your device.
3. Verification. At our Seongdong office or on encrypted video, you navigate devices while staff record balances and movements you disclose. Session length varies by package; breaks encouraged for long multisig walkthroughs.
4. Draft review. Within three business days you receive a draft for factual corrections only—label typos, missing transfers, timestamp clarifications.
5. Binding & delivery. Final report prints on acid-free paper; encrypted PDF ships via secure link. Seoul clients may choose courier or office pickup.
6. Filing cycle. Monthly clients receive a calendar of upcoming windows. Quarterly clients get reconciliation memos at each quarter-end.

What to bring

Hardware wallets you wish documented, your paper register, prior Content Birchline summaries if applicable, and reading glasses if small screen text strains your eyes. Leave seed backups at home in their usual secure location.

Office verification

Our verification room has no network ports at the client table, neutral lighting, and a camera-free policy for in-person work unless you request video recording for your own records—which we do not store.

Video verification

Established clients outside Seoul may verify by encrypted video. First-time clients are encouraged to visit the office once before switching to remote sessions.

Companion reminder app

Clients who prefer automated nudges before each window may install our reminder utility.
