Service engagements: session notes, address labels you approve, balance figures you confirm, billing details, and correspondence.
Website usage: essential cookies for consent storage; optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see Cookie Policy).
We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or wallet backups through this website.
How we use data
To respond to inquiries, schedule verification sessions, prepare holding summaries, issue invoices, and improve site content. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Performance of contracts, legitimate interests in operating our documentation business, and consent where required (e.g., analytics cookies).
Retention
Inquiry emails: up to twenty-four months unless an engagement follows. Client reports: per engagement letter—typically delivered copies removed from our systems within ninety days unless archival storage is separately agreed. Billing records: seven years per tax requirements.
Your rights
Under applicable Korean and international rules you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. International transfers
If you reside outside Korea, data may be processed in Seoul. Video sessions may involve encrypted providers; we select vendors with appropriate safeguards.
Security
Access to client materials is limited to assigned staff. Encrypted PDFs use per-delivery passwords communicated separately.
Children
Our services are not directed to persons under eighteen.
