Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Content Birchline documentation services.

Overview
Content Birchline provides scheduled documentation services, not physical goods. Refunds follow the rules below and any additional terms in your engagement letter.
Eligibility for full refund
You may receive a full refund of prepaid session fees if you cancel at least ten business days before the confirmed verification date and no draft work has begun.
Partial refund
If you cancel between three and nine business days before the session, we retain thirty percent to cover scheduling and preparation. Cancellations within two business days forfeit the session fee unless we can fill the slot.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already bound, courier charges incurred, rush surcharges after work begins, and completed reports delivered in final form are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least five business days’ notice. Additional reschedules incur ₩40,000 administrative fee.
Deposits
Onboarding engagements require full prepayment; the deposit is non-refundable after we send your preparation checklist.
No-shows
Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice forfeits the fee. Contact us within twenty-four hours if emergencies prevent attendance; we may credit fifty percent toward a rescheduled date at our discretion.
Work already started
If a draft summary has been circulated for your review, fees are non-refundable but we will complete one revision round per package terms.
Purchased materials
Acid-free binders and extra printed copies are non-refundable once produced.
Refund process
Email hello@content-birchline.click with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds process within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations by Content Birchline
If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Republic of Korea law.
