1. Acceptance

2. Services

Content Birchline provides offline holding documentation and related advisory sessions as described on this website. We do not custody assets, execute trades, or manage portfolios. Service scope is defined in your written engagement letter.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branded materials are owned by Content Birchline or licensed to us. Client-specific reports belong to the client upon full payment. You may not reproduce our site content for commercial use without permission.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during intake, attend sessions prepared per our checklists, and refrain from requesting illegal activities. You must not submit seed phrases, private keys, or classified third-party data through web forms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Content Birchline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or documentation services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We document figures you confirm; we do not guarantee market outcomes, tax treatment, or legal sufficiency of reports for your jurisdiction.

6. Indemnity

You indemnify Content Birchline against claims arising from inaccurate information you supply or misuse of delivered reports.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
